Are you meeting the requirements for this? You only get recovered acts if you have three or less active from the current weeklies. I guess the next question is: do you have any challenges that can be recovered? Perhaps the update removed previous challenges, so only those that came after can be recovered [speculation, no evidence]. Some images of the challenge screen might be useful. It might show something that you are missing. Note: It is now a new week, so you would have to complete ALL of the available challenges before getting an image.
