loud sound during boss fights and rescue missions

so i came back to warframe after a long break and wanted to farm some frames.

mu first encounter was with Vor&Lech Krill on Ceres, every time they spoke it saw super loud so i had to mute my switch.

my second encounter was in a rescue mission on Jupiter, once the wardens detected me their speech was super loud, the same as Vor.

today i was fighting Tyl Regor Uranus and the same problem with Vor and the wardens happened.

does anyone know which setting affects this? i am playing on the default settings.
