Dradiva
I´ve noticed, that stacking efficiency on Hildryn higher than the 175% limit, actually make a difference in shieldconsumption per second. The problem is the Formula behind it, which depends on duration too. It tries to equally weight the two stats (placing only fleeting expertise in a mod slot, doesn´t change consumption at all). This problem occurs only with negative duration, to be honest, and i have no unleveled fleeting expertise to check, if u can hit the 175% and get the minimal required shieldcosts per second, which would perfectly hit the limit in the UI. You can go e.g. for 190% Eff & 40% Dur, or 130% Eff & 280% Dur, to get minimum drain costs. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Ability_Duration#Energy_Drain_for_Toggled_Abilities
