Atlas Prime Clipping

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an oversight, but here goes.  I just got Atlas Prime a little while ago and started working on its appearance when I noticed something.  The Kuva Shoulder Plate for the Left Shoulder slot does not display correctly when using the Atlas Prime skin or using Prime Details with other skins.  The kuva chord on the shoulder attachment does display, however it is underneath the actual shoulder of the warframe.  The end of the kuva chord is visible, but barely.  I also noticed that the spacing on the Invati sekhara is different as well.  The sekhara appears a bit closer on the Prime skin than non-Prime skins.  I waited too long to pass this up, so time to go wreck some faces.
