Relics from Bountry Reward Table should not be dominated by just Unvaultings

While Unvaultings can be great, the problem with that is that their Unvaulted Relics will overtake all other Relics in the Bounty reward table. This becomes troubling with Prime Access Relics.

Some other sources ot these Relics I don't want to include in this thread:

• Relic Packs, Market or Syndicates: Includes both Prime Access and Prime Vault Relics.
• Profit Taker Heist: None of its Relics have ever been rotated out ever since. Said Relics are Prime Access Relics

It wasn't too noticeable from the early half of 2018 (aside from having the Triple Unvaulting Relics of Frost, Loki, and Ember Prime in Plains Bounty only), but here are some worth mentioning in terms of Prime Access:

1. Chroma Prime Access Relics were available in Vallis Bounties until the Nova & Mag Prime got unvaulted on November 13th, 2018.
2. Mesa Prime Access Relics were never available in either Plains or Vallis Bounties. It's also the first Prime Access have its Relics in Profit Taker Heists.
3. Equinox Prime Access Relics were available to both Bounties and the Profit Taker Heist. The former was possible since the Volt Prime & Loki Prime Unvaulting by the end of April 2019, their Relics were exclusive to the Void (surprisingly garnered as much controversy as the Triple Unvaulting of early 2018 since the drop chances, especially Axi L4, were unforgiving).
4. Wukong Prime Access saw a brief period of around  2.5 weeks of its Relics in the Bounty Drop Tables (Plains and Vallis). Then July 24th, Nyx & Rhino Prime got unvaulted again, thus making the Axi Relics of Wukong Prime Access (Axi G2, P1, and D1) more difficult to acquire.
5. Recently, Atlas Prime Access Relics got its Axi Relics expanded into Disruption (even Mars), but none are in the Plains or Vallis drop tables due to the Saryn Prime & Valkyr Prime Unvaulting.

Preferablely, split the drop tables up between the Plains and the Vallis. Perhaps the Plains can be reserved for Unvaultings, while the Vallis Bounties can be kept free of Unvaulted Relics. If there's no Unvaulting, both Bounty drop tables will feature the current Prime Access Relics.

TL:DR: Reserve the Plains Bounty drop table for Unvaultings, while keeping Vallis Bounties for the current Prime Access. If there's no unvaulting, both will have Relics of the current Prime Access.
