Can somewhere their settings

So I guess my setting from years ago were reverted and now I cant seem to get them back to where I had them. I've experimented with settings, but I've had no luck. 

Can someone share what they've turned off please? I want the little sparkly fx to go away. I've also noticed a difference in lighting I guess. The other day there was a red tint that I've never really noticed before. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Turn off bloom, depth of field, glare, film grain, and motion blur for better visual clarity. Turn down particle settings if you want less “sparkly effects”.

Mess with color correction, contrast, and brightness if you want to fix that “red tint”.
