Spectral blades on tekko prime

So on the tekko prime you see like spectral blade wip things when you swing yet they dont seem to do anything so I think it would be cool to have a fist weapon that extends blades to fix its range problem and maybe have them do 1/2 dmg of the actual fists or something but full dmg would be awesome to just dont want the tekko prime to out class all other fists

Those spectral blades do actually "do something." Jeez, any yt video about them could tell you that.

The problem with fisting the enemies is the lack of attack magnetism. Mostly you just stand there swatting at flies.

The fundamental issue with short range weapons is that you are more likely than not to just be out of range so not doing damage to targets while they watch you pose and shoot at you. If melee 3.0 doesn't have attack magnetism for short range weapons the meta will stay broken.

IMO attack magnetism wouldn't really be comparable to the simpler solution of simply establishing a minimum range that all melee weapons will have that isn't garbage (1.5-2m or so, without giving a single damn about "physical contact" because that doesn't work for Warframe), and then changing +Range mods for melee to be a flat bonus instead of a % bonus.
