Swift momentum and power spike

This more like asking for confirmation than bug reporting, but I will give it a shot anyway.

In short, They didnt work together, you will still need combo+ duration mod to enable power spike. Is this intended ?

 
Just additional info :
Swift Momentum is an aura mod that increases Charge Attackspeed and extends the duration of the Melee Combo Counter
 
Power SpikePassive
Melee Combo Counter now decays while out of combat by 20 / 15 / 10 / 5 every few seconds, instead of depleting completely
