Left Trigger Combos(Also known as Block Combos)

Question

Hey Guys! Playing with Steam Controller.

Didnt play since the beginning of the year.

Did they do something about Block Combos automatically swapping into Ranged Weapons Mode after finishing the melee combo?

I just tried it again and it seems to be still the same problem.

Anyone can help me with that?

Can't imagine they still didn't fix it and could be a problem on my side.

Just to make sure, but you let go of the trigger, after the part of the combo you are doing, right?

And you are using the left trigger for aiming?

I don't know the bug, so it's hard to understand what you are actually refering to.

Hey!
Doesn't matter if I keep holding the trigger or let it go while doing the combo.

Yes, With a controller you use the left trigger to aim.

No, and whilst it was fine IMO for just transition it seems they're putting a lot more emphasis on block combos in the future.

Which is very, very strange.

Oh god...are you serious? I cant believe it.
This is really sad.

But thank you for the confirmation.

Its over a half year now and i am really stunned.

Well...ok...here goes hoping, that 3.0 will be there soon.

Due to being an issue of particular stances that not everyone uses, this issue is not a priority and, as such, persists even to this day. You can find demonstrations of various affected stances in the Bug Reports section if you're ever feeling like analyzing the specifics. In other words, it's not on your side and it's present with both controller and keyboard mapping. But there is a workaround - unequipping primary and secondary will "revert" the commands to what they used to be prior to autoblock/autoswitch. With a side dish of scanner, which, when used, behaves as one of them.
