Orvius tracking needs fix

The Orvius is a good weapon, however there is a problem with the dual wielding pistol mode tracking for it that can cause it to instantly kill you with no warning whatsoever.

On a perfect throw the weapon latches onto an enemy, ticks damage a couple times then explodes with self damage. This isn't a problem in and of itself, however in dual wielding mode with a pistol it can track enemies so far directly behind you that the camera can not see them, latch onto them, kill them and instantly kill you with the explosion. Other than literally checking your back every time you throw or checking the minimap with enemy sense every time you throw there is absolutely no way to predict when this will happen. All it takes is a random enemy to wander behind you(and it can be a good distance behind you) during a throw and you're instantly dead.

This bug is infinitely repeatable in and out of the simulacrum on perfect throws with the Orvius in dual wielding pistol mode on any enemy killed by the initial latch or the ticks.
