Now Im lvl 26 but my goal is still 30 and I got blocked by a Mission .The second time. The first time was that i needed to do "help clem" 2 times this week and a other post was asking for help. Yeah u can do that by doing this with someone who didnt make it this week. But now I need to do 3 "commitment" and I got this today and I did the commitment yesterday..... My opinioin for the mechanic "catchup", better as nothing but it cant help someone who have no time to do this every week once..... My issue is here that I have no time at the week till weekend and I had other games to play too. (No it wanst Borderland 3) I think DE can do it better with the catchup mechanic by instand of 1-2 quest that u can repeat from the weeks there you díd not did this... to do more quest or maybe skip quest not by throwing them away just put them in a queu or something. I already did the Clem mission with a other friend who didnt made this in this week. It was just a example that there are mission that you cant do in a week. As far as I understood OP they are stuck at the sortie challenge. They have to do 3 sorties, but already did them from yesterday. Now they can only do 2 sorties until NW ends. The catch up is a bonus for people that missed a few challenges. I don't think it's intended for you to rush through all of NW in one weekend. Let's be real. You had 10 or more weeks to do it.
