Bug/Exploit: Kubrow fully leveled in Sortie Hijack mission

There's a bug/possible exploit of fully leveling a Kubrow from zero to Max rank in one run of today's Corpus Hijack sortie mission on Sorath (Europa) (condition: Bow only) 3rd sortie.

Nothing out of the ordinary.  Kubrow seemed to go overboard in whatever ability it was using.  The entire mission - after jumping onto the hijacked vehicle, all you hear is, "BOOSH BOOOSH BOOOSH BOOSH".

 

Edit: Did further testing and I think I narrowed down which mod is causing the bug to trigger.  it looks like Synth Deconstruct might be the cause.  Stripped down the doggo to 4 mods and got the bug to trigger:
