Are we getting any new content soon?

Are we going to get any new content soon? Because now that Nightwave has ended and with only Thermia Fractures as the current event the game is kinda stale right now.

Games been stale where ya been. Also they say we're getting something sometime this month but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was just them dropping Grendel and calling it a day.

I guess you haven't been keeping up. in 1 week you will have Nightwave Intermission again. Also, they are aiming for a mainline this month with Grendel headlining it.

Next update is at the end of the month with Grendel, ember and vauban reworks, titania tweaks and deluxe skin.

...I can only HOPE they at least put the freaking drydock in too.

I would like to ask you then, if they make new content come sooner with tons of bugs or cost you money to get new content, will you accept it or you prefer to wait?

Stale? Why don't you fight Exploiter or Profit-Taker while waiting for new content? Perhaps taking them solo without relying on chroma to test your skills

actual new gameplay modes not till railjack probably end of nov or dec for pc. new warframes and reworks "content" should be soon tho but again all the new weapons or frames but no new areas or actual challenges to try them out them in makes me not want to call that "content".

I have serious issues with patience but even i can wait for DE to make content

Well, for one:

When drydock does get here, the main event is a week or two away.

 

Grendel, some warframe reworks, Weapon exilus and presumably some engine updates will be coming relatively shortly.

Four consecutive years of people asking or declaring that Team Fortress 2 is dying. And there are more, I just don't want to clutter this thread more than I have to in order to prove the point. A game dying doesn't look like Warframe. It looks like Anthem.

eh its just that the player base for warframe is lower than tf2 and that game is considered long dead? i dont know anymore

Except neither game has dipped below 50k monthly players on steam for years (which for Warframe, is but a fraction of its audience) and that it's happened a couple times but rarely for very long.

We already had tons of new content recently, like prime things, new weapon, frame, bunch of ""awesome"" arcanes/auras, tons of cosmetics etc..

I dont think there is any urge for new content any soon.

how do you consider reworks as a new content ? reworks are something that devs should work on while creating new stuff.

none of the above is considered 'content' for me... same old events over and over again. Cosmetics are not content

That's the problem, that's not playable content, its stuff that looks nice - and we have far, far too much cosmetic stuff as it is. Even casual players are starting to get so many frames and so many weapons that the new ones just go into the trash straight away unless they are unique in some way, which gets harder and harder for DE to pull off (just look at how terrible the niche mods are now).

We need stuff to do with all those things.

I don't think content is a priority. This game seems to be aimed at new players. Release some minor stuff, get some Twitch attention, attract a few hundred new players to make some quick cash, rely on fanboys buying prime access every 3 months and profit. So called veterans don't spend money on the game, except for the few hundreds/thousands buying prime accesses and cosmetics. They make enough money with little effort. It's been 5 months since "new content" was introduced (disruptions, which are basically a rework of mobdefs).
