Not receive mission reward after finished mission

I had been go for Toroid Farming today for Sola Toroid we farm until enemy reach level 130. Which we cant fight since most of the party are farming frame. So we return to Fortuna and when we return usually the mission summary page will appear with all detail of exp you earned, rss you gain and stats.

 

However when I return the screen show something similar to mission failure page with red flash in the middle but there are no mission fail message. And the mission summary show that I got nothing like when I fail mission. Which impossible since we didn't take any bounty. This happen twice as I was thought that it just one time thing so I go for another farm for Vega Toroid.

 

Please note that is happen to me only and non of my teammates suffer the same fate, I'm not why this happen but before I go to farming I had reject bounty on Profit Taker Orb Phase 2. Not sure if both are related.

 

Please kindly look in to this as its really unpleasant.
