Update in forever loop.

I have been stuck in a 'There is an updated version of warframe. You can't [insert in-game action] until you exit the game, and start the launcher' forever loop, since yesterday. I have restarted both my xbox and the app atleast 15 times. I will get brief windows where it works after restarting and I can do a handful of normal actions, maybe a mission, but as soon as I try recruiting in recruitment chat, I get the slideout reminder 'a new updated version is available', please restart' then the loop re-initializes. Then the above mentioned issue, starts again.

This seemed to be resolved w hot fix. 

Update<current>{problem is back, warframe will not sync update. }
