Kicked Out Of Alert Mission At Host Migration

I'm not positive this is a bug, but it sure sucks.  

 

I was just doing an alert mission for a Volt helmet, spy, I believe it was.

 

I had already collected 3 data module thingies from terminals and was about to collect the 4th.  It was a lvl 100 mission so my teammates kept dying, and started to quit.  One left and we migrated host to someone else.  Then the last guy left and "Migrating host" popped, but instead of switching to me, I was just booted out of the game.

 

And now the alert is over, I can't restart it and complete on my own.  Lost out on the Volt helm.
