Firestorm Recruit Mod

so i asked in the council chat if the firestorm mod that you get for recruting affects thunderbolt explosions.... and i was told no! why the hell not???? they are explosions after all

I highly doubt it would even effect Nova's Molecular Prime. It's probably designed for weapons that deal explosive damage.

Currently only works on the Ignis and Ogris. There are a few other weapons it should be made to work on, such as the Embolist and Torid.

That's not the same thing.

 

Elemental mods do a percentage of the weapon's native damage type. Serration and similar mods raise the native damage type. They both modify stats of the weapons, and because it's multiplicative, the effects stack multiplicatively.

 

This is a mod that is explicitly modifying another mod, not weapon stats. It would do nothing without Thunderbolt.
