I wanted to run it again, so I went to the back room and started a vote for it. Someone disagreed, cancelled the vote, and now I'm stuck in the 'waiting for others to accept' stage, just staring at the table with the hologram on it. Voted to start Profit-Taker phase 2 bounty, other squad member cancelled the vote and left squad. This left me softlocked at the table unable to take actions, open menus, or /unstuck because I apparently wasn't in-game. Had to alt + F4 to force quit the game.
