Sitchrea
Mercy kills with the Parazon should be bound to E, not X. Executing an enemy with a Mercy kill feels extremely awkward because I have to stop DPS'ing right at the point of an enemy's death if I want to pull it off. Or, perhaps make it work like Thrall kills - opening an enemy to a Mercy kill makes them invulnerable for a brief time. Edit: Since some people like the changes, could we get a choice to rebind finishers from X independent of the "Use" command? Sylonus
I personally MUCH prefer E for finishers/mercy, I no longer accidentally go into finisher animations, however the best solution here is to simply make it a choosable option.
Gabbynaru
Not just mercy kills, stealth kills in general should go back to that. It's really awkward to use right now.

Zebiko
You can avoid finisher lock down animation now if you get too close. This is great for when you don't want to use a finisher but get stealth bonuses.
DoomFruit
They finally took finishers off the melee key? I've been waiting 6 years for that.
0_The_F00l
I have my melee attack bound to mouse 5, guess I will bind e to finisher now.

Discovering that they moved Finishers from E to X was an extremely cathartic moment for me.
rapt0rman
Finishers on x was one of the best changes from the update.
(PSN)DidacoJack
Wait what? I'll be able to decide if I want to execute an enemy or continue to attack him? Praise the SUN! How does it work though? Does the Parazon replace EVERY finisher? Like Ash with Fatal teleport, or Kogake's charge Attacks? DroopingPuppy
While I understand your viewpoint, but I can't remember how many times I did simply make the melee attack and failed to deliver killing blow. That said, still it is better to choose either e or x, rather than forcing x to be finisher button.

I've never seen the parazon do anything aside from stabbing hacky consoles. I don't even know how to make it do finishers.
Sitchrea
Editing the OP to suggest a rebind instead, as some people like the change.
Noir_CZ
My problem with mercy finishers is that I just dont react to it that fast. It blips above their head and before I realize it I kill them. Having it on same button as melee would solve it... but I do understand why some might not like that.
