Please bring back left-click to melee

The main thing that bothered me about melee 2.99997 is that I could no longer swap to melee and then use left-click to strike. With the re-introduction of "melee-only" mode, could we get this back? Spamming the "quick melee" button is annoying to me.

If this is already doable, someone please let me know because I tried looking in key binds and could not find a solution.

I think there's a toggle option in that section that allows you to left-click to melee in addition to pressing E.

I know because I set it up so that I use my left mouse button exclusively for melee attacks.
