The Old Blood: Hotfix 26.0.4 + 26.0.4.1

Those changes are much appreciated.

Aside from Gunblade stances, some of the Glaives such as the Orvius and Falcor lost their gimmicks, turning them into generic Glaives. While the patch notes mention how to suspend enemies with the Orvius, it only does so while in full Melee mode, not while Dual-Wielding. Worse, the "suspension" is surprisingly more inconsistent than before. Can you restore the special gimmicks via charged Dual Wielding?

I wonder if this also fixes the annoying bug where after you've killed your Kuva Lich and want to spawn another one that no matter the mission you go in, you get the message on screen but no Larvlings showing up? I've had to exit out of the game, verify the cache, and restart the game in order to get the next one to spawn in, and that's getting annoying.

Also, what's up with Cassani, Saturn's Capture mission? Every time I do it, the only enemies there (at least until after I capture the target, that is), is the target itself and Arc Traps, whereas all the other enemies either don't spawn or spawn way at the end.

Not sure if this is something to be fixed, but it's a feature missing I'd like to return.

Previously as an Operator, if you jumped and immedietly went into Void Mode you'd get a bit of low gravity extending the height of your Operator's default jump. I liked to use this frequently as part of the Operator's limited parkour set.

Currently, when you use Void Mode in the air, you lose all momentum and immedietly fall down instead.

Untraceable will now refresh it’s 18 second invisibility buff if it activates while already active (ie hacking another terminal within the 18 second window).

Currently Untraceable only lasts 15 seconds. Is that a bug??

Wow, there's a lot of good stuff here.

Sadly nothing for the Weapon exilus mods being either utterly useless LARGE MAJORITY of the time or missing some really wanted Exilus mods like MAGAZINE CAPACITY and RELOAD SPEED. Those should be in Exilus as well.

Magazine size and reload speed both increase DPS.

The timing of this update, 3 minutes before Sortie reset, is bad. Having to quit game, update, and sign in, just to finish the third Sortie have slowed things down, almost too slow to start the third sortie.

The update could have waited a few minutes, until exactly when the Sortie resets.

  • Larvling Lich creation will be truly opt-in. Some people want to see the world drown in Kuva and others just want to live a Lich free life! For those that don’t want to be hounded by a Kuva Lich, we’re changing the way Larvlings are killed in order to attain a Kuva Lich. Larvlings will have the same pre death setup as Thralls, except the Mercy action is only available to the player who damaged them last. At that point you either walk up and press X to initiate the Mercy (required for Kuva Lich creation), or just walk away and leave them to eventually die on their own after 15 seconds, thus opting out of Kuva Lich creation.

This looks like it could be a problem. Now instead of getting forced into a lich for carelessly slaughtering everything, the system punishes those who want a lich, locking the mercy kill to someone who may not want one.

Side Note: Wasn't part of the lore that they weren't completely killed? The mercy kill would destroy them before they became a lich.

Stockpiled Kuva Weapons: Receiving a better duplicate Kuva weapon after you’ve put work/Forma into an existing one can feel rather disappointing. With that in mind, we’re working on a “duplicate consumption” mechanic where you can combine 2 of the same Kuva weapons, thus transferring its buffs while preserving your Forma and Exilus investment, ergo relieving you of your inner turmoil.

is this some kind out of season Joke?
Duplicate Kuva Weapons shouldn't be a thing in the First Place.

if no duplicate then it one time play ? after u got all  , u stop grind ?

Glad to see you're improving, but was there a real speed up on lich hunting? If the whole process was 300% and now it's 260% that's not that great. Especially when getting the Lich to spawn is a nightmare. Even at their max "anger" level.

It just takes too long. And getting 1/7th of the amount of kuva to reroll one riven (at 5% chances...) isn't what I want. I just want the farm to be faster. We already have to level all of these weapons 5 times!

I get that you don't want to frustrate players like a good game studio, but I hope you realize that this is completely backwards from a story perspective. The point of a "nemesis system" in the story is that we DIDN'T choose to have one, but rather THEY chose US
