Antitoxin Is Uncommon Rather Then Rare

Antitoxin is uncommon rather then rare. If this isn't a bug DE should give players back the random rares equivalent to the number of Antitoxins a player owned as it is unfair to drop the value of something players earned without prior notice. Even if players weren't going to use them they would have made good rare transmutation food.
