There is no "best" Warframe. Simple as that

for what? each frame specialises in certain areas. for example Sayrn specialises in nuking enemies, Inaros specialises in tanking, Chroma specialises in increasing weapon damage, etc.

If you mean for all around play i would say Nezha as he has a bit of everything: cc from his first and forth, damage from second and forth, healing and energy generation through his second, DR from his third. Lastly all his augments are great as well.

At the end of the day, it's about personal preference.

Personally Volt is my best. though i hate the speed buff in pubs its overall kit is perfect. Barduuk and Khora is probably a close second.

your right each warframe has different ability's and specializes in different things and areas that other frames don't so again it is based on ones opinion on the matter such as one may think that one warframe is better than the other but truly that warframe is the best the ones opinion of that warframe if you see what I am getting at. so this thread is based on what people would think the best warframe to their hearts content is and why they truly love that warframe. a bit much but hopefully you guys understand a bit better.

I think I just confused myself

I love Frost.
His looks and style.
Also i mostly run defense mission atm to rank weapons and gain MR, and he is awesome in defense.
And it´s nice to help carry ppl sometimes, just bubble up and give ppl a breather, how short that moment even are.
Plus 4th ability is nice, if enemy not killed, so at least they stand still for a bit 🙂

You can add Ash to the list. Fitting skills to his concept, but nobody thought about gameplay.

For me, "best" is determined by what you enjoy using.

I have 5 mains that I use the most. They each have useful techniques for different mission types, but I use them generally interchangeably for all content. 

In order of most used:

1. Ash is my main. He provides scaling damage, stealth and mobility and great for "priority targets" such that they are these days. But he can also handle larger crowds by siccing his clones on a group while handling another group to take out mobs quickly.

2. Nyx is great for crowd control, and now provides scaling damage capability with her last rework. Using her 4th Augment makes her good for just about anything (although Absorb really just needs a full rework).

3. Limbo is nearly unbeatable in any endless or "defend objective" mission as long as you don't mod for range and take care to handle nullifiers.

4. Hydroid, extremely versatile and great for locking down multiple areas at once. He provides scaling capability with his augmented 1, and with his 3 and to some degree his 4.

5. Atlas, great defensive frame and powerful offensive and cc capability. His 2 badly needs a rework, but it's still useful to create chokepoints and block off consoles (either as objectives or just prevent enemies from activating alarms).

 

Reviewing my list, I guess I'd say "best" comes down to liking their theme while also having some sort of scaling potential.

Every frame has a place.  Nyx is my favorite. But she is by no means the beast others are.

Worst: Revenant. Single handedly the worst designed frame in the game. You’ll be hard pressed to find a frame who’s own kit holds them back more than Revenant.

For raw damage, there isn't much that can outpace Saryn.  With enough range and strength the spores cover the whole map and kill everything.  I think Wisp is a strong contender for "Best Frame" right now as well, the motes never go away, and the buffs they give are amazing.  She buffs weapons, gives surviveability to the whole team, and she avoids damage with her passive.

It all depends on mission types. DE designs frames as specialists for different missions types. That's a great design. Unfortunately, there are still players asking to nerf them.
