Grineer Asteroid Tileset - Lava Room

Twice while wallrunning on one of the Initial wall run walls, I have proceeded to be eaten by the pillar. Unfortunately I cannot say exactly how the wall run took me into the wall. It is impossible to escape from afterwards, even with teleport frames.

Happened to me once as well, but then on the other side of the lava next to the cabinets.
