Still can't trade after authenticating

4 days ago i activated the double authenticator. I got the cosmetic, on my profile it's displayed i activated, i got the email too, but i am still restricted and i can't trade.

I wrote to the support but i still didn't get any answer. Anybody have any idea what can i do, or what cause that?
