The little-ish things

Warframe is one of those games that brings me back constantly with every little hotfix, update, or just the pure wanting to play. Yet as I continuously play I notice really small aspects and think the typical gamer thought of "what if?". I'm ultimately just posting this up to list off a few changes that I don't think other players would care for/against just I personally would love to see them in game, that way I can smugly say I tried to make the game subjectively better at the end of the day. If you're the average joe I'm sure this post will just bore you but if you have weight in the games development then this will absolutely bore you, but make me happy to know that it was read.

Stances:

-What if stances were more than just the various combos and ultimate way that the weapon hits? wouldn't it be cool if they aesthetically impacted the way you actually carried, held, and did animations with the weapon? Like heavy weapons for example, say if I put tempo royale on my galatine and it suddenly flung the sword over my shoulder to rest and be carried in. Or if I were to use cleaving whirlwind, my weapon would dangle from my frames hand touching the floor, and as my frame ran the sword would grind against the ground flinging sparks as it goes. This wouldn't by any means impact the use of the weapon more so just give it a hint of style as its being used.

The Operator:

-What if warframe held true to the ninja aspect of the game? I don't mean to strip warframes of any of their aggressively overpowered abilities but more so focus in on the squishy operators piloting behind the scenes. What if they where the actual ninjas? As in instead of giving them an ironman hand blaster they were given daggers, smaller nikanas, crossbows, shuriken, ect ect. Give them their own separate skill tree as well, irrealitive to their school, a skill tree focused on going invisible, smoke bombs, decoys, rope darts, traps, and assassinations. You wouldn't have to mess with the operators health at all since being a stealth focused person your goal should be to remain unseen as is. Overall this can help stop the "Oh no, I brought the wrong frame" inconvenience while at the same time giving the operator more dynamic depth as well as open up to use them in a tactical mindset.

Plains of Eidolon:

-Since the location has proven to be the "Hills of Eidolon" instead of plains really then why not push it a bit further? I understand that it recently got a quality of life update adding more trees and of course the thumpers, but what if it added even more trees, nature, and wildlife to push the location to house a forest? Imagine warframes going on a stealth killing frenzy in the woods or finding exotic wildlife, maybe even dangerous wild life. Then you can also have the thumpers in areas of their own, surrounded by chopped down trees and fresh stumps with grineer lurking close by with intentions to set up camp. Then at night there could be a ghoul raiding party going berserk through the forest in a hunt for the tenno, leading to a nice combat of dodging around trees or even leaping off the branches avoiding/attacking the crazed psychopaths (Assassins creed like S#&$). Hell there could even be a seasonal change to the trees to match real world time frames. Honestly all of this will purely just help with the areas look and ultimate fun for the player.

Revenant:

-And finally to only push the personal aspect of these changes of course I'd have something to say about my favorite warframe, Revenant. Seeing as its passive ability is useless anyways, why not change it with instead he does a short bursted reave in replacement of his dodge roll? (Kinda like how limbo has a dash into the void in place of his dodge roll). Having this is just for melee combat in mind and the reave wont need to steal health or anything, maybe it makes opponents sleep or maybe it does nothing to them other than allow revenant to seamlessly phase through them or dodge their attack. Personally I would love him to have the mechanic seeing as hes the one frame whose kit I like and that matches my play style so for him to be more mobile is idealistic to me.

Those are just some of the changes I'd personally love to see, And though I know to the average gamer they are small changes, but to the programmer they are massive ones that even if were recognized would take a while before implemented. I just wanted to get them off my chest and onto the forums so people can quickly skim past it as they read paying it no mind and letting it sit to gather dust so that one day even older me can look back and question why did I bother to type this up in the first place?
