Time To Upgrade?

Just came back to Warframe (left around Nova patch). See lots of changes. I tho why not try to upgrade my primary weapon. Right now, I'm currently using potato'd Boltor with 2 forma used. I'm pretty interesting in Soma and Synapse. Which one would be better for end game for now or stick with my current boltor?

- Soma's great. Crit. build and it's a powerful rifle.

- Synapse, not so sure, but it seems rather week and mainly powerful against Corpus.

Soma's great, Synapse is very weak vs infested, ok vs grineer, good vs corpus, boltor? wow that's been fairly weak for a very long time.

Boltor is still a solid rifle. (Penetration mods like Shred work with it now)

 

Soma is the current Flavor of the Month, and Flux is still the Bees Knees for clan-tech.
