Damage Rework[Slash/Impact/Impact]

For the longest time and since literally forever slash has become too dominant and it literally makes no sense when you see it from a logical stand point. So here are my suggestions to make slash be more realistic, impact to be more useful, and Puncture to have an actual role in the game.

Damage mini rework idea

Impact- honestly we just need to buff shields and make shields stronger on both enemies and on ourselves hildryn being a great example of buffed shields maybe we can add like a new stat called durability which is basically armor for shields.

Puncture-now deals more damage based on how much armor the enemy has. It also has a chance to create fracture spots which makes it deal true damage if shot there.

Slash-deals more damage the less armor the enemy has and the damage goes higher based on the enemy's missing health however no longer deals true damage

I'd only take this as a Puncture procc.

Puncture proccs and one spot such spot appears on the enemy. Subsequent proccs don't cause new spots, but refresh the one already active.

This way you can't just shower the enemy in puncture spots and it stays exclusive to Banshees Sonar Augment.

And it forces players to actually aim their weapons providing a bit of gameplay.

Which is part of why i made it say a chance as in when it procs although this is actually a good suggestion but to make this more balanced is adding a cap to the ammount of fracture spots that could be made and rework banshee's sonar to repeatedly proc puncture onto enemies along with the bonus.
