zero luck or -ve luck players

I know its not DE's fault ... not even anybody's fault... but i'm one ... if not the top of the no or bad luck players, i has been years since the closed beta, comparing to now a great explosion of mods and weapons and tweaking etc, now the luck is a player if not a vital parameter in the game, grinding for hours and frustrating hard riven challenges and funny relics drops. i got enough 

i mean who on earth would like to use an aklato riven !!, burning 20 relics and not even getting my boar prime receiver ... the list goes on ... kindly find a bad luck friendly approach for the RNG cuz after years of being a sincere tenno i feel annoyed when that effort and hours of playing are gone to waste ... waste that cannot be soled in the trade channel !
