One little change to make Chromas 1 from one of, if not the worst abilities in the game to a middle of the pack CC/armor strip ability. At least then it won’t be completely ignored. Augments need to stop being used to make an ability useful. The default should always be good, and the augment (and mod slot) only used to make it even better or change functionality.
