And the answer is always the same: too much work, might as well make a whole new frame instead. In short: not going to happen. Every frame was going to have male and female versions. But plans changed. As I said; too much work, might as well go the extra mile and make a whole new frame. But the problem is the time and effort in DE vetting redesigns they would actually approve of. Helms are one thing, but the time and effort for a full body change only for it never to be accepted would be a lot of wasted time for the artist. It would likely require a hired artist much like many Deluxe skins, and task them with the new series of gender changes they can sell as a pack like Deluxe or Proto.
