Alejandrokek
Nice roll, but nope Here's the real one:
Kracken
This is actually not a bug (sorta). Proper riven stats you will see on weapon mod screen as rivens while are shared across each weapon in their family, the final values of a riven are on individual weapon. it does mess things a little when there is only one weapon in the family but its not a bug. Well, if it's a "feature" it should be changed.

Have rolled hundreds of rivens and never noticed this before, but did today (with Kuva Ogris and an Ogris riven). If I put the riven in Kuva Ogris the riven stats are lower than when I look at the riven in the "mods" panel. If I select the riven for rolling it goes up to it's "normal" value when selected from Kuva Ogris (arsenal) and stays the same (at it's normal value) when selected from "mods" panel. Have never experienced this before, so either DE recently changed how riven works or it is a bug. Riven stats did not previously change between weapons, or when the riven was put in a weapon, the stats on the riven were fixed. --- Edit after checking the forum: Yes, DE has changed how rivens work. Riven dispositions are now weapon-specific, not weapon family-specific. And Kuva weapons have lower disposition than the standard weapons in the same family. My advice is to not buy or sell any rivens until this is locked down (sometime "in december", for melee "early next year"). There is a pretty big risk of being burned.
