Alliances are nothing more then an alternate clan, contact the warlord of the alliance you'd like to be in.

The Alliance is the whole Clan, and the sub divisions of the Alliance is now called Clans, Feminator, Just making that clear for you. ^-^ But Yeah I think you have to talk to the owner of the Alliance to add you to that sub divsion of the Alliance.

You'd need to leave Asuro Earth and have an officer/Warlord in Asuro Fire invite you.  First, however, you should ask if there's even any room in Asuro Fire for you.  That clan normally hovers around 997-1000 members, 1000 being the maximum number of people that can be in the clan.
