warframe articula changes

I can tell with the orbiter update you guys fixed a lot of stuff with articula and it is appreciated.  you did miss a few things though.

please not all energy colors should be purple (nekros irkala and revenant alt helm not accepting color,) and of course, mesa's peacemakers are all shown to not be functioning correctly.  thanatos sugatra also not accepting color.

please do a pass on these and check others since I didn't check all available frames/skins, but these are the ones I know by looking at right away.  fwiw, I would really love to put a full collection of frames in this room.  can we get a capacity cost reduction or increase to cap?  that's plat not in your pocket sitting on the table 😉  also would need more load out slots for that (should have at least 1 per frame)

also vengeful ephemera still not working on operators in the dojo

Since fashion is one of the endgame, we need 1 loudout slot per frame, and 1 articula for 1 frame. Me, myself who played for a long time and has all frame in the game and fashioned them all, we would like to showcase them on our orbiter. 100 capacity is a lot, 10 would be ok

Articulas should be "sticky" like specters and keep the setup they are created with.
