Railjack credits requirement (PC)

Could they please lower the credits requirements for each railjack piece. Not everyone is a veteran with 9+ digits worth of credits or has enough time to farm for all of it. The mining part is already borderline troublesome but this is just too much.

why? dont avoid the index or the disruption node made for credits. dont be afraid to use a credit booster. when your daily log in is credit booster, go hit up some rounds of indext or disruption or dark sector.

I mean, as with most big resource grinds like this, it's most likely designed to be a barrier.

Not all players do have these amounts. A good chunk of those will be newer players. Getting them to sit back, take a moment, and have something to work towards is not a bad thing. Be it a fairly brief endeavour, or a long-term goal.

I do think its a bit extreme, i don´t understand how this will bring new players on board or motivate noobs, might not be a big issue to well established players but others might just roll their eyes and move on to another game. just a thought.

Maybe 500k would be a better number? it would still be 3 million creds and the most expensive thing in the game.

And not everyone has to get their hands on a Railjack IMMEDIATELY. For a lot of people, 1 million a piece is nothing. For the rest of people, maybe take it slow and have a goal to work towards.

As a tip, getting one million credits is really not that hard at all. Get a credit booster and do a couple runs of Index, or the Profit Taker on Fortuna.

Edit: Credit booster not even necessary.

Bear in mind, you need to get through the Second Dream to get a Railjack. You need to be at least reasonably deep already (like, 50-100 hours), and you're right next to Neptune and the Index. So people aren't exactly fresh-faced, they're over a early adoption hump.

The problem with masking the credit cost as "something to work towards" and "just play index lmao"
is that credits are still hilariously hard to acquire enough of compared to the time it takes to get them, and also compared to the amount needed throughout a players warframe career
to a new or even experienced player that is diverting their credits towards a Railjack would mean less crafting and almost no mod upgrading, meaning your character progress either halts to get railjack now, or slows down to a crawl while you slowly grind for credits for hours.
credit grind doesn't effect the veterans with a mountain of resources to use, so it only effect the folk who already don't have the time to grind enough credits to even max out their mods, which means the process of actually building it is just a chore for the majority of players and an afterthought for the ones who put the time in to amass their wealth
