Slide CC on rivens = 90

The first 2 applies on all attacks and gets 2x on heavy attacks.

The latter 2 forces you slide exclusively.

This makes no sense.

Player does not seem to understand that crit on slide attacks is static/flat % crit chance, allowing low crit chance weapons to crit regardless of other mod.

example: you could use a low crit wep with meme strike to proc berserking if you do not have access to primed fury.

Some good fixes here.

Are you guys no longer on track to get the Controller Archwing fixes in today (constant afterburners, and blink's bind conflict), or can we expect more fixes later today?

Oh, and I've found where the Nikana Zaw sheath ends up when it bugs out. When I'm on my Duality Equinox, even when my other half has a gun, it's holding the sheath in her right hand. Makes for an interesting gunblade illusion.

Railjack Resource Changes & Fixes:

  • Swapped the planet locations of Cubic Diodes and Carbide to match their Resource type:
    • Cubic Diodes = Eximus units on Europa Ice Planet tileset
    • Carbides = Eximus units on Ceres Shipyard tileset
  • Fixed Cubic Diodes and Carbide Resources not dropping 50% of the time. For further clarification, *abilities that increase loot drops do not apply to these Resource drop type: Cubic Diodes and Carbides have a 100% chance to roll the table for a 50% chance, can't boost that 100% any further!
  • Fixed various issues with ground-mission Cubic Diodes and Carbide pickups, such as: Waypointing them resulted in a generic waypoint and not an item specific tag, and pickup FX being removed as soon as someone picked them up resulting in confusion as to where the Resource actually is on the ground.

Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the ‘Chimera’ Prologue could not be completed. 
  • Fixed the Orb Vallis Coildrives driving in erratic circles and sometimes becoming stuck when going off course. This also fixes an inability to complete Coildrive Bounties!
  • Fixed a recurring issue where hacking a panel on a Corpus tileset would prevent you from hacking it again in the future, potentially locking the player in the room during lockdown.
  • Potential fix towards Stalker not remaining in the mission if a Host migration occurred while he was out for blood.
  • Fixed low number of spawns in the second Rising Tide quest mission.
  • Fixed Companions getting distracted by Roller Floofs while being viewed in the Arsenal, making them near impossible to customize.
  • Fixed some Dry Dock skyboxes appearing rotated.
  • Fixed inability to Revive after getting clocked by a submersible mine underwater.
  • Fixed the ‘Ordis Volume’ slider option applying to Cy Transmission volume. Cy Transmission volume are now affected by the ‘Transmission Volume’ slider.
  • Fixed Archwing boost sound playing when using Titania’s Razorwing.
  • Fixed misaligned Link when viewing the Kludgekil Machete Zaw Skin.
    • We’re chasing a related issue of the FX also being misaligned. 
  • Fixed a script error when casting Baruuk’s Serene Storm ability.
  • Fixed some holes within the new Orbiter.
  • Fixed missing description for the Navarr Prime Armor.
  • Fixed Audio Options text appearing as boxes or otherwise being smaller than expected.
     

still no fixs for equnox new skin energy glitch when morphing from day and night

This was changed with The Old Blood Update. If this was still the way it worked, people would not be complaining about the values.

it makes sense now! Also blink still feels horrible. 3s or however long the cooldown is too long. Felt terrible on the first day. Still feels terrible now. Gonna feel terrible next week.

Its only 2 seconds and it seems pretty reasonable to me. Any lower and wed basically just be teleporting across the whole map. Give it a little more time and it will feel natural

Not anymore. They changed it. It is now works the same like other crit chance mods. Read last melee phase patch notes.

After you destroy Izael, I no longer want to run Eidolons. For Eidolons it's all about speed and efficiency, and waiting 3 seconds isn't that much, but it adds up... and adds up...
That's not a uniform improvement, that's just another nerf for eidolons and whatever else comes next... Do you want that nobody runs them anymore? Then why did you insert them?
Instead of nerfing one, how about making the others more attractive?

Seeing some requests for new volume sliders:

While we're at it, can we decouple our own Mandachord from the main music slider? I don't use Octavia anymore because I have to turn the music slider back up to hear my own music... but it isn't worth it because I don't want to hear two music tracks stacked. Let me just hear my Mandachord

Grendel needs to be able to use nourish once and receive all possible buffs from enemies in his stomach and his nourished strike toxin buff either needs to not combine with single elements ruining fire procs or just change it to a gas buff so you still deal toxin dot with it but you don't ruin single elements. Love grendel btw

This is not cool, and a dumb way to increase the grind on new content.

Saying " there's a 100% chance it will drop 50% of the time!" is complete and utter nonsense.

You guys might as well be trying to sell Sex-panther

OMG.. are you serious? Do you even use forma in this game? Did you try to do some invasion or nightwave challebges?? Yes? Just use your brain..

Obligatory reminder that not only has there been no option to disable heavy attack on key/button hold added even after multiple weeks of hot fixes, but there hasn't even been any acknowledgement about this issue either in any hotfix post, threads in the two proper feedback section, or even the megathreads.

Bloodrush (and the like) are also still bugged with Operator.

can we bring back keeping momentum in archwing? It was nice to be able to just drift along while looking around for lures or whatever. It would also be nice to have a break key to instantly stop like it is now, but drifting was useful too!!

so still nothing about how you slaughtered Itzal's kit, made it's first ability a god damn JOKE, and made universal blink clunky and inefficient as #*!%? archwing in open world is used purely for traveling. because you geniuses thought that anti-archwing missiles on every enemies was a good idea ( spoiler, it #*!%ing isn't. ) but now you've massacred the only reason people use archwing in openworld to begin with. are you THIS disconnected from reality? at that point, the best would just to slap fast-travel points in every open worlds and be done with it, since you clearly don't know how to handle Archwing.  or design a good first ability to begin with... we're still back in Valkyr's time or what? when did you thought this was even remotely good?

It feels like itzal users are being punished because they chose to use a less desirable archwing during a live stream a few months back....

So rather than make the other wings desirable, they give a nerfed version of itzal blink to everyone.

Itzal didn't need a nerf. The distance between anything of interest in the open world zones did. The itzal blink isn't the issue here. It's that we were using it to bypass boring downtime periods in the sparsely populated open world zones. 

If anything, the itzal blink has helped highlight how poorly designed plains/vallis is.
