MR28 Test Canister Bug

Trying to melee or roll while throwing the canister, despawns the canister in the player's hand without throwing it.  It also seemed to despawn if I clicked alt fire to throw the canister too many times.  No, the canister did not run out of time and 'destabilise', there were a good 5, 2, and 6 seconds left on that timer when I ran into this bug.

Did two practice runs, failed the first one, completed the second, did noticed something up with the canister but thought I'd make it.

I go to do the test for real, 2 canisters refuse to be thrown, 2 despawn, I fail with test with 3 mobs missing.

I'm a *slight* bit salty.
