Physique Rank 5 Bug [Needs Hotfix]

Rank 5 of the card(max) is completely bugged it gives 0 health. tested on multiple warframes and multiple levels.
Also made sure it was not a UI bug by going into a match and watching as my shelid drains and my health instantly starts dropping from the current number it's at,(full hp) (meaning that the card isn't working at all since that really is my real hp)
