High attack speed and orthos prime

Testing with 61+% wisp attack speed buff(dont know about lower) berserk mode was inactive ,with and without berserk mode using W+E stops properly animate attaks , hes animation show only 1st attack punch then ends. If u click faster much faster button E u got normal animation , but u need realy faster click , and if u faster click E button u every  time get charge Heavy attack. 

and few questions: When charge heavy attacks be only on mouse button? or when u fully equp melee weapon using F, trying play with normal attaks every fast click E animate heavy attack charge whta i dont needed at all , thi annoy.
