i linked my twitch account and claimed the ember and prime decorations for the orbiter and logged in i got the 

notification the twitch drop is in my inventory  but unfortunately is not showing up what do i do

contact support. they can figure out where that stuff went

Not showing up where? It's not placeable like Ayatans, pictures or other decoration items. It's in another menu, along with christmas decorations and such.
