My chat stopped working

It has been like this for over a month and without chat the game just dosnt work i need help it looks like im conected but i dont receive any mensages in any chat

i have the same problem as u since yesterday,i was afk on dojo and tc then tried to chat again but all of my chat channel disappear for no reason and theres only infinite loading icon

I cant chat at all and im a clan leader. its the worst nightmare in history. Im right at the point where i need just a few more members for the ones that i have to stay in the dojo. They will leave without me. :(
