Trying to collect an imprint and it says "unknown error" checked online for solution and this a glitch that has been going on for years please help DE!!! I want get me a vampire kitty cat!

My wife is having the same issue in PC. We have tried to login from her comp and mine to see if it fixed it, but it did not and seemed to persist with her account regardless of which comp she was using
