Nobody but DE knows. They haven't, and aren't likely to, release a schedule for these, they haven't had any really set schedule for the last two and a half years, so... I think they just pick what's been away the longest.

Don't think they are gonna unvault it....but they prob gonna make it obtainable in other ways.
