Are The Bosses No Longer Dropping Frame Parts?

im getting the same problem with loki, 100+ go's and not one blueprint.

I'm farming Sargus Ruk for Orokin cells while leveling weapons. He dropped Ember parts in 1/2 of the runs. Not sure about Vay Hek though.

I'm having trouble with Rhino on Fossa. Haven't seen a single part in about a month.

took me about a month to get both saryn system and rhino system cuz they just wont drop.

Basically, yes you were lucky, most take 20+ runs to get all parts and even some take 20+ runs for a single part.
