To me frogs are predators so still they're ignored till they pounce. And color isn't that big a deterrent in a rainforest which already features many bright colors. The poison is irrelevant as no part of Ivaras kit is poison and poison is entirely Saryns thing. 

Jellyfish like float into stuff? But are exceedingly easy to see and avoid since they glow. But once again poison is irrelevant to Ivara. 

Jellyfish and archery still have zilch in common whereas frogs can still attack prey at range. 

But fishes are attracted to glowing things. Jellyfish may be "easy" to see for us humans, but their targets aren't us.

Also they only glows so brightly in aquarium where we use artificial light to makes them glow.

The point is, they went for poisonous rainforest Frog for Ivara base design (it was said somewhere by devs, I'm sure of it). And changed it for Jellyfish for her Prime design. Which in a way is also a silent, poisonous hunter.

Here's a poison dart frog. I'm pretty sure you can find similitudes with Ivara design. This one is blue and yellow but there's a big variety of colors in these species. And indeed, those colors are a warning to predators.

You'd be surprised at how many animals use this kind of defense mechanism actually.

^{I've never bought a PA before, but I definitely think I will buy the full package of Ivara Prime's PA. I love her overall jellyfish aesthetic and design. I instantly fell in love her when she was revealed! The Ayatan armor is also another plus for me, as I love/collect Ayatans in-game. While I do have Ash Prime, I would like a more stealthier frame and I know is Ivara is the ideal choice for that in the community. I can't wait to get my hands on her, hehe~.}

On top of this it's the same artist who designed Ivara, which is a rare ocurrance these days with Mynki out of Warframe, so I don't think anyone else has a better idea of what Ivara is than him.

I still don´t understand why she looks like a Jellyfish. Wouldn´t something like a bird of prey, a bat, wolf, fox, deer, wildcat etc. (you get it) work better?

Excited that the aksomati finally has it's prime variant coming out.  The only issue i have with the 'jelly fish/floral barrel-tip.'   Why not just make it have a transparent effect like ivara's dress?  (or just remove the tips esp cuz it's not a silent or thematic weapon for her and just give it a traditional primed look)

Also i hope DE didn't change Aksomati's reload animation like they did with Akstiletto.  Aksomati has the most unique reload animation.

Me personal, I don`t like the way Ivara prime looks, the jelly fish look is a dumb concept however, I knew it was going to be ugly coz the original look looks great and I can`t see how they could improve her appearance drastically on the level of chroma and mesa prime. Even through she's ugly I`m still getting her coz I can use the original look on her (permanently) just like Oberon prime. If it wasn`t for the ability to use the original skin, I tell Ivara prime to FRIG OFF.

She can finally be forma-ed without regrets.
The weapons look nice too, although I think Baza is still a poor choice for her, as while it maintains some stealth, it doesn't benefit much from the bonus.

I like everything in this PA. 
I don’t really know how would you improve the frog concept, so the jellyfish design seems to be pretty nice. 
Baza one love, and a chance to rediscover Aksomati too. 
Though I’d prefer the Syandana to be more flashy.

jellyfishes are actually silent, as well as deadly assassins to fish, which are their prey. Some jellyfish poison stings are enough to even kill a human unnoticed. A jellyfish glow attracts fishes too, which is in conjunction to noise arrow. Jellyfishes are indeed hunters when they do.

Ivara's design is based off of a tree frog, not your usual predator, but a hunter nonetheless.

I prefer Ivara as a frog, but I understand the logic of jellyfish, and it is a fancy look, though the helmet is kind of silly. But Aksomati Prime? That's a disappointment for me. I would have greatly preferred something like Talons Prime, Castanas Prime, or even Kestrel Prime or Lacera Prime. Oh, well. At least I finally have Baza Prime.

I hope someday they do Magnus/Akmagnus Prime, too.
