K-Drive Orb Vallis

I summoned my K-Drive midair, then promptly fell through the floor. Then, after using cloud walker to escape the never-ending loop, I was stuck on a railing, which a squad-mate later pushed me off of, but still I cannot move. After everyone headed to extraction, which should've brought me to the elevator, I just lost connection and lost the progress. I sadly do not have any screenshots to further explain this. Is there any way to fix/prevent this? (I have used /unstuck multiple times)
