or 

114.3% status duration

89.2% status chance

175.7% critical chance (x 2 for heavy attack)

well this totally depends on what weapon its for because this could be a very good riven for a weapon with low base range (top) or for a crit/status weapon like the gram prime the bottom one is top tier
