Mission Pherliac Pod Blueprint not dropping

My husband BravoDelta1 and I have killed soooo many juggernauts and the blueprint is not dropping! Please fix!!

It's an RNG drop.

Yeah, it's not a guarantee.  I think I had to kill maybe ten before it dropped.  And now it drops every time, because rng hates some people.

If you have a Warframe such as nekros, Hydroid, ivara, etc.(some which require augments for the loot.) you can increase the chances for the pherliac pod blueprint by a fair bit, not much but it can expedite the process.
