How To Make Lanka Faster?

So everyone told me Speed Trigger does it... I put a max speed trigger on it and it still is slow is it a small barely noticeable speed up? Is there something else I could add to make it faster. I heard it was good, but not exactly sure how if its the slowest sniper in the game.
