Cant buy, sell or trade with other players

Hello, 

 

I hope this reaches someone who can help as I have had little help with this matter. I recently attempted to buy an item from someone and wasn't able to. We first attempted at the Maroo's Bazaar we made a squad and entered the Bazaar once we loaded in we were not able to see each other. 

 

I also wasn't able to see anyone else who was there and there were several people in relay chat. When then attempted the transaction again this time at his Dojo and the same thing happen. The Mod I was attempting to buy from him was the Nikata stance 'Tranquil Cleave' which I spent hours trying to grind for before turning to the community for help. I am currently Master Rank 7 and I am running the latest update 26.1.3

 

What I have done so far 

-Restarted my PS4 

-Checked my internet connection 

-Uninstalled and reinstalled the game 

 

Any help or assistance will be greatly appreciated
